Yedi Kocalı Hürmüz (Seven Husbands of Hurmuz)
The musical Yedi Kocalı Hürmüz, adapted from traditional Turkish folk theater forms such as Karagöz and Ortaoyunu, meets its audience on the stage of Antalya State Opera and Ballet. The work stages Hürmüz's intelligence, schemes, and transformed world upon falling in love with the Doctor in a universal language, exploring gender roles, female resilience, and love's transformative power through a comedic lens.
